Welcome to SuperTodler. By accessing our website, browsing our product catalog, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. General Conditions

  • Account Eligibility: By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Store Integrity: SuperTodler reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity is suspected.

2. Products & Pricing

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display product colors, specifications, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings.

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices listed on SuperTodler are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, update product availability, or discontinue items without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

SuperTodler accepts major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Digital Wallets via secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment verification.

  • SuperTodler does not directly store bank account, UPI PIN, or credit card details on its servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Coverage & Timeline: We ship across India through trusted third-party courier partners. Standard delivery takes 2 to 7 business days from dispatch.

  • Shipping Fees: Standard delivery is Free on orders above ₹1,500. Orders below ₹1,500 incur a standard shipping charge calculated at checkout. Express shipping options, if selected, are charged at actual cost.

  • Delays & Liability: SuperTodler is not liable for delivery delays resulting from natural disasters, logistics strikes, severe weather, national holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or Email. Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, cancellations or modifications are not permitted.

  • Strict No Return / No Refund Policy: Due to hygiene, health, and safety standards for baby and toddler products, SuperTodler maintains a strict No Return and No Refund policy.

  • Serious & Genuine Cases: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery along with photos/videos of the package and item. Approved cases will be resolved via SuperTodler Store Credit (with lifetime validity) upon inspection of the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, product names, text, graphics, images, banners, and software code—is the property of SuperTodler and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any material is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

SuperTodler shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our website or products.

  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your user transmissions or data.

  • Improper use or handling of baby and toddler products post-delivery. Parents/guardians are strongly advised to supervise children while using any toy or item.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
